Stop unwanted calls

Tired of getting unwanted calls? Simply add the phone number to your Incoming Call Block list in My Contacts. Then, when a call is placed from that phone number, your phone will never ring, and if you have Z Alert enabled, you will not receive Z Alert notification, either. It works for any phone number—whether it’s a VRS call or a point-to-point call from another videophone.

Instructions

How To Block A Number:
1. Click here to log in
2. Click on “Blocked Phone Number(s)”
3. Click on “Add New Blocked Phone Number”
4. Enter name and phone number, including area code
5. Click “CREATE”
6. Please allow up to 10 minutes for changes to take effect.

How To Unblock A Blocked Number:
1. Click here to log in
2. Click on “Blocked Phone Number(s)”
3. Click on the name of the number you want to unblock
4. Click on “Delete Entry”
5. Please allow up to 10 minutes for changes to take effect
