1. How do I sign up?

2. Can I use the ZVRS website to login?

a. Yes, you can login at this UNIQUE address: https://www.zvrs.com/my/z5_h/login

3. Can I call any Z videophone (VP)?

a. Yes, you will be able to call and receive calls to/from any Z VP.

4. Is there a service fee for my Z5H number?

a. No, This is a free service provided by ZVRS.

5. Will I have Video Mail?

a. Yes, you will have Video Mail enabled. You can view your Video Mail messages either on the Z5 app, or via your email account as an attachment.

6. Will I be able to use Z-Alert?

a. Yes, you will have the ability to use Z Alert for your incoming calls.

7. Can I use the 911 button?

a. No. We strongly encourage our hearing customers to use their existing telephone.

8. Can I use Z5H to call non-Z VPs?

a. No. You will only be able to call/receive calls to/from Z VPs because Z5H cannot access the national VP database which is necessary to make VP calls to other types of VPs. The FCC has a strict requirement that only deaf and hard of hearing individuals can have full access to the national VP database.

9. Can I use VRS with Z5H?

a. Not at this time.

10. Can I use Z5H for VRI?

a.Not at this time.

12. Which platform will Z5H work on?

a. Z5H will work on OS X, Windows (except Windows phones), iOS and Android devices.
