FAQ for Z OneStop

1. What is Z OneStop?

Z OneStop is an iOS app for iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad that gives you instant access to a compilation of links to online resources and direct-connect phone numbers in one convenient location. (NOTE: Older versions of iOS devices will have somewhat limited functions.)

You can also access it on your PC or Mac computer if you don’t have an iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad.

2. What information can I find in Z OneStop?

Z OneStop contains the following categories:


Today’s Highlights/Popular Numbers: Including National Geographic® Photo of the Day, phone numbers for commonly used services, daily trivia and more

News/Reference/Resources: Including links to both general news sources and those geared to deaf/hard of hearing people, as well as direct links to reference and resource websites

Blogs/Vlogs: Links to blogs and vlogs of interest to the deaf and hard of hearing

Directory: Links to deaf-centric information, such as camps, captioning services, government agencies, TRS/VRS, travel and more.

3. How do I get Z OneStop?

Z OneStop is built into the most recent version of Z4 Mobile. So, if you already have the Z4 Mobile app downloaded to your iOS device, you will automatically have access.

You also have the option of downloading the Z OneStop app separately by downloading it from the App Store onto your iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad.

Don’t have an iOS device? Go to www.onestop.drzvrs.com on your PC or Mac computer to access Z OneStop!

4. What do I need to use Z OneStop?

If you have an iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad and Internet connectivity, you can install and use Z OneStop. (NOTE: If using Z OneStop on an iPad, the 2x display mode is recommended. Also be aware that older versions of iOS devices will have somewhat limited functions.)

If you don’t have an iOS device, just go to www.onestop.drzvrs.com on your PC or Mac computer to access Z OneStop!

5. Can I use Z OneStop on my Android device?

No. At this time, Z OneStop is available only for iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad. However, you can still access Z OneStop from your PC or Mac computer by going to www.onestop.drzvrs.com.

6. Do I have to be a ZVRS customer to use Z OneStop?

No. Anyone is free to download and use the Z OneStop app at no charge.
