Team Video Meeting (TVM)

Bringing teleconferencing to deaf and hard of hearing people!

TVM allows groups of people to teleconference and see each other on their Z phones. It is commonly used for meetings.

Such meetings can be composed entirely of people who sign or of a mixture of deaf/hard of hearing/hearing people—some who sign and some who do not—with a video interpreter facilitating communication. All participants who have Z phones are visible to the other callers with Z phones.

Instructions

  1. Schedule your TVM request at least 48 business hours in advance using this request form.

  2. You will receive a confirmation email including the PIN for your TVM call. Be sure to share this information with the other participants.

  3. Participants may start calling in 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time using the assigned phone number and PIN.

  4. Remember, the TVM call will automatically disconnect 15 minutes after your scheduled end time.
