1. What does Z Alert looks like with SMS?
You will receive a text message from ZVRS saying:
ZVRS Z Product Alert: You are signed up for Z Alert via SMS! MSG & Data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or VP 866-932-7891. Text STOP to end
2. Will I be charged for text messages from ZVRS?
We do not charge for this service. However, messages and data rates may apply from your mobile provider. Check with your mobile provider for charges and plans.
3. When will I get the alerts?
You will receive ZAlert SMS text as soon someone calls your videophone. Text HELP to get help. Text STOP to cancel.
4. How do I stop Z Alerts (SMS)?
You can disables Z Alert in your profile or reply STOP to any Z Alert (SMS) message.
5. How many SMS phone numbers can I use for Z Alert?
You only can use one SMS phone number. However, you can add a second SMS phone number by using e-mail format i.e. 4445556666@txt.att.net
6. How many E-mail addresses can I use for Z Alert?
You can have up to three E-Mail addresses to receive your Z Alerts.
7. Will the calling party’s name show up on Z Alert?
Yes, their name will be displayed as the CallerID.
8. Why is my SMS message a bit delayed?
Your cell phone may be in an area with limited or delayed coverage at the time the Z Alert SMS is sent to you.
