Call Alert-SMS and Email!
Don’t miss a call!
Call Alert is an innovative notification service offered by The Z. You don’t have to worry about missing a VP (point-to-point) or VRS call if you are in the next room, outside in the yard or anywhere in the vicinity of your videophone! In addition to getting email notification, you now can get SMS notification.
Our customers will be able to receive SMS or E-mail Call Alert notification when they receive incoming calls to their Z videophone. This will work for either VP (point to point) or VRS calls. The SMS version of Call Alert will get to your smartphone quicker than the email version.
Customers can sign up and begin receiving text message notification when your call is about to come through.
If you are unable to reach your videophone to accept the call, don’t worry!
You will receive a text message to your PDA or pager notifying you of the video mail delivery to your e-mail address to retrieve at your convenience. Hearing callers calling through VRS can leave a Video Mail video message for you through a video interpreter.
