[April 19, 2011] — Recently, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) released its Video Relay Service (VRS) Fraud Order, providing further definition of certain rules and practices for VRS providers. The Z, the leading VRS innovator, applauded the order, noting that the company has already been adhering to many of the rules and executing many of the practices outlined.
